Born in 2008 out of a desire to build bridges between musical scenes from both hemispheres, Groovalizacion is a collective of DJs, journalists and cultural activists from all over the world whose podcasts both highlight the latest worldwide trends of urban music and explore their local roots – whether they are Afro-Latin, Mediterranean or from other regions of the world. The result is a modern approach sensitive to cultural fusions and experimentation.
